Betty Cosby Blalock Memorial Scholarship Fund
Purpose
To provide financial support to students in Perimeter College at Georgia State University.
Scholarship Criteria
The Donor prefers that the University select recipients of the award that meet the following criteria:
- Be an undergraduate student transitioning from Perimeter College to the Atlanta campus.
- Have demonstrated financial need determined by the office of Financial Aid.
- Must be in good academic standing, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
