Blase Family Philosophy in the Community Fund

Purpose

To provide financial support to the College of Arts & Sciences at Georgia State University. Specifically, this endowment supports programs in the community that nurture curiosity, examination, and enhancement of critical thinking processes directed towards deep reflection and high level reasoning utilizing the influences and guidance of 3500 years of philosophical thinkers.

Scholarship Criteria

• Students who are directly supporting the efforts of the department to bring philosophy into the community.
• Graduate students with MA in philosophy who are pursuing additional MAT training/degree.
