Vivian Ophelia Spence Perrimon Scholarship

Purpose

To provide scholarship support to student(s) in the Georgia State University College of Education and Human Development who have reached their junior year and are majoring in elementary school disciplines.

Scholarship Criteria

The recipient(s) of the award(s) must:

• Be in good academic standing in the College of Education and Human Development.
• Be a working parent returning to school.
• Have reached their junior year and are majoring in elementary school disciplines.
• Have a current 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Be a student who has graduated from a public school that has historically served high needs urban communities.
