Howard S. and Marie H. Starks Scholarship

Purpose

To provide scholarships to junior or senior undergraduate students who have completed 50 credit hours in a degree program and have a minimum 2.5 grade point average, possess a strong drive and commitment to complete his or her education, and have financial need that has been documented by the Student Financial Aid Office.
