Ann Dixon Demonet Early Childhood Special Ed Endowed Award

Purpose

To provide scholarship support to graduate level students in the College of Education and Human Development who are pursuing a degree in early childhood education who intends to pursue a career as a practitioner in special education.

Scholarship Criteria

The recipient(s) of the award must also meet the following criteria:

• Be in good academic standing at Georgia State University.
• Be a high achieving student with a current 3.0 or higher GPA
• Have a demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in early childhood education with a focus on special education.
• Have a demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.
