Susan Crim-McClendon Teacher Leader Scholarship

Purpose

To provide scholarship support to students who are enrolled in the teaching certification program at the Georgia State University College of Education and Human Development and are committed to working in an urban school.

Scholarship Criteria

The recipient(s) of the award must meet the following criteria:

• Be in good academic standing at the Georgia State University.
• Be currently enrolled in the Teaching Certification Program in the College of Education and Human Development.
• Submit a personal statement that provides evidence of their work in urban schools and/ or communities and demonstrates their commitment to working and advancing excellence in an urban school.
