Carolyn Fluehr-Lobban Scholarship

Purpose

To provide provide scholarship support to graduate student(s) in the Department of Anthropology whose research focus is in Africana Studies, including ethnographic work related to African-American Studies. The Carolyn Fluehr-Lobban Scholarship will support a student whose work demonstrates a commitment to Engaged Anthropology and Ethically Conscious Practice.

Scholarship Criteria

The recipient(s) of the award(s) must:

  • Be in good academic standing at the Georgia State University College of Arts & Sciences.
  • Be a current graduate level student studying Anthropology.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Engaged Anthropology and Ethically Conscious Practice.
