Narviar Cathcart Barker Scholarship

Purpose

To provide financial support for undergraduate students enrolled in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies majoring in social work.

Scholarship Criteria

• Recipient must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 for eligibility.
• Demonstrated commitment to the care and protection of children, i.e., social advocacy, volunteerism, community service, Big Brother Big Sister participation, or the like.
• Recipient must be an undergraduate social work major in good standing.
• Financial need is a primary consideration.
