Decatur/DeKalb Retired Educator Scholarship

Purpose

To provide an annual scholarship to a Perimeter College student for tuition; fees; books; educational expenses.

Scholarship Qualifications

• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.
• Be enrolled in a program for a degree in education.
• Must be classified as a Returning or Non-traditional student.
• Submit a letter of recommendation from a Perimeter College Staff/Faculty member.
• Have a demonstrated financial need as determined by the office of Financial Aid.
• Submit essay response (minimum of 300 words):
  -Please write an essay detailing your educational and career goals.
