James A. and Gail E. Stark Endowed Athletic Scholarship

Purpose

To provide for athletic scholarships in accordance with the guidelines or requirements of the Georgia State University Foundation, the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the University System of Georgia and must be coordinated with the university’s compliance staff for athletic scholarships.

Scholarship Criteria

• A committee established by the Athletic Association of Georgia State University will select recipients of the scholarships.
• The Athletic Director and/or their designee(s) in consultation with the University Senate Athletic Committee shall determine the criteria.
