Karla Lynn Moody Scholarship in Nursing

Purpose

To provide two annual scholarships to a Perimeter College majoring in nursing for tuition; fees; books; educational expenses.

Scholarship Qualifications

• Majoring in Nursing or Pre-Nursing.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 2.7.
• Have a demonstrated financial need as determined by the office of Financial Aid.
• Submit a letter of recommendation from a Perimeter College Faculty/Staff member or non-related professional.
• Submit essay response:
  -Please write an essay describing why you chose nursing as a profession.
  -Please write an essay (up to 500 words) on how a scholarship will help you achieve your educational and career goals.
