Frank H. and Karen P. Boykin Recovery Scholarship at GSU

Purpose

To provide scholarship(s) to students who are participating in the Georgia State University Collegiate Recovery Program.

Scholarship Criteria

The recipients(s) of the award must:

• be in good academic standing at Georgia State University and comply with all university related obligations
• meet all enrollment, recovery and participation requirements and actively participate in the collegiate recovery program including one year of abstinence from alcohol and drugs
• submit a personal statement describing how academics enhance the recipient’s recovery
• complete a full course load each semester and meets the specified GPA requirement
